CURRENT NEGATIVE COGGINS REQUIRED FOR ALL HORSES ON THE SHOW GROUNDS. MUST BE PRESENTED AT REGISTRATION AT SHOW OFFICE. A $35.00 handling fee will be charged for any returned checks. By signing this registration form, I, as owner, rider, trainer, handler shall abide by the rules of the show. I also understand that I will accept any decisions made under these rules as definite and final and that this makes me eligible as entered. I also understand that this and any equine activity is potentially dangerous and I agree to hold harmless Four Beats for Pleasure, Inc. and the show management or agent for any injury or loss that may occur directly or indirectly with this show.
